1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 medium onion (100g) finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
400g of green beans, cut in half
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup of water (120ml)
6 aqua e sal crackers, crushed
4 tablespoons of parsley, finely chopped
4 tablespoons of green onion, finely chopped

In a medium skillet, heat the olive oil over low heat and sauté the onion and garlic until they start to brown (about 5 minutes)
Add the green beans and salt
Stir, cover, and simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes
Add the water and continue cooking with the skillet covered, stirring occasionally, until the green beans are tender but still firm (about 10 minutes)
Transfer to a decorative plate and top with crushed aqua e sal crackers and chopped parsley and green onion
Serve immediately
