(1) Cook the black beans in cold water with salt for about 1.5 hours
Finely chop the onion
Season the shrimp with salt and white pepper
In a non-stick skillet, heat the olive oil
(2) Add the shrimp and let it cook on both sides
In a bowl, combine the cooked black beans
(3) Add the chopped onion, salt, white pepper, and chopped scallions
Mix well
