Filling
In a bowl mix the ham with the ricotta until you get a smooth paste
Season with salt, black pepper and sprinkle with parsley
Assembly
Preheat the oven to 400°F
Soak each sheet of lasagna pasta, place a portion of filling and roll like cannelloni
Repeat until the pasta is finished
In a greased baking dish, arrange the cannelloni, spread the tomato sauce over the top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
Bake in the oven.
