1/2 teaspoon of mustard
1/2 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Melt the cheese in a bain-marie; gradually add the milk and stir until the mixture is smooth
Add the seasonings and stir well
Serve over toast
Dust with four quarters.
