1 onion, finely chopped

2 cups tomato sauce
Cook the pasta until it's al dente and set aside

Fry the onion in oil until it's translucent
Add the tomato sauce and let it simmer for a few minutes
Before turning off the heat, add the salaminho and let it cook for a few more minutes
Serve over penne and top with Parmesan cheese.
