Cook the black beans (use the broth to make a soup)
In a pan, heat the pork cracklings and fry the onion and garlic
Add the parsley, chives, black pepper, green pepper, oregano, thyme, beef, bacon, and star anise eggs and simmer for a bit
Add the cooked black beans, stir well to combine, and add the cassava flour type beiju
Serve with star anise eggs
