1 tablet of active dry yeast (15g)
2 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes, until it becomes elastic and shiny
Form the dough into a ball and place it in a lightly oiled bowl
Cover with plastic wrap and let it rise in a warm, draft-free place for 30-45 minutes, or until it has doubled in size
Let the dough relax for 1 minute before rolling it out to form two pizza crusts
Place each crust on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and cover with plastic wrap
Let it rise for another 10-20 minutes
Bake the pizzas in a preheated oven at 250°C (480°F) for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown
