Combine sifted flour with olive oil and add salt
Add diluted yeast to warm water and knead well into dough
Place in a deep dish, with some flour and cover with a clean cloth
Let it rest for 1 hour and 30 minutes in a closed room
After rising, roll out with a rolling pin and place in a greased pizza pan
Top with sliced Mozzarella cheese and tomatoes (dip them in boiling water for a moment, then peel) mashed with a fork
Sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper
Drizzle with plenty of olive oil
If desired, garnish with anchovies
