For the meat
800g thick-cut veal
1 cup white wine
1 cup water
1 sprig of rosemary
2 cloves
1 tablespoon coarse black pepper
1 small carrot, cut into small pieces
1 small onion, cut into four parts
For the sauce
1/2 can of tuna
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons chopped capers
For the meat

Place all ingredients for preparing the meat in a refrigerator
Cover and microwave on high for 25 minutes, turning the meat two times
Let it cool down
Remove the meat and reserve the cooking liquid
Blend the tuna with 1/3 cup of the cooled cooking liquid in a blender
Mix in the mayonnaise to achieve a smooth and thin sauce
Add the capers
Slice the meat into very fine strips and place in a serving dish, alternating layers of sauce and meat
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve
