Mix the rice with the ground beef, butter, basil, and salt
Cut off the ends of the zucchinis and, using a corer, remove their insides
Leave the zucchinis to soak in a bowl of water with salt for about 30 minutes
Next, fill the zucchinis with the rice and ground beef mixture (don't press too hard, as you want to leave room for the rice to expand when cooked)
Fill a pot with water, salt, tomatoes cut up, onions, and tomato sauce
Add the zucchinis and let them cook
Separately, make a thick tomato sauce with garlic and set it aside to serve with the zucchinis.
