Sift together into a bowl the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt
Add the cheese
Mix in the beaten eggs with the milk and melted butter or margarine
Mix well
Fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites carefully
Bake in a waffle iron at medium heat
Cook for 6 minutes.
