Hull the millet and mix until you reach the desired quantity
Run it through a grinder, using the coarse blade to preserve some pieces of millet
Place in a saucepan and add coconut milk, cow's milk, salt, and sugar
Heat over low heat, stirring until it forms a porridge
Place in a baking dish or refrigerator mold greased with butter and let cool
To serve, cut into squares or lozenges.
