2 packages of peeled and segmented chicken breasts
2 tablespoons (or 1/4 cup) of mayonnaise
2 cans of drained and flaked tuna
1 large beet, peeled and grated
2 large carrots, peeled and grated
1/4 cup of pickle relish
1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
1 large sweet potato, peeled and grated
2 packages of peeled and segmented chicken breasts
2 tablespoons (or 1/4 cup) of mayonnaise
2 cans of drained and flaked tuna

Line a rectangular dish with four slices of chicken breast, side by side
Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise over them and half the tuna
Alternate layers of chicken breast, beets, carrot-mix, pickle relish-parsley mix, and sweet potato
With each layer of chicken breast, press gently to ensure even stacking
Finish with a layer of chicken breast topped with mayonnaise
Serve sliced
