Wash the mushrooms, finely chop them, and dress with lime juice
Whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, seasonings to taste, and parsley
Sprinkle over the mushrooms
Cover, refrigerate for at least 2 hours, and serve in a serving dish garnished with cooked shrimp
