2 kg of chicken cut into pieces (thighs and legs)

1 kg of okra

Wash the chicken
Add it to a hot skillet with some oil, cook the pieces until browned
Add the onions and seasoning
In another skillet, fry the okra cut into rounds
Drain well
Continue cooking the chicken with the onion
When almost done, add the okra and simmer for a bit longer, to finish cooking
Serve with broth

To prepare the broth: soak fava beans in cold water, stirring with a wooden spoon
Add boiling water and, stirring constantly, increase heat
When the mixture starts to stick to the bottom of the pan, reduce heat to a minimum and continue stirring until it releases
Place in a wet mold and let cool for a bit before serving the broth in the dish.
