Change the water several times
Remove the skin, bones, and cut into 3-centimeter pieces
Combine garlic, onion, and olive oil in a large refrigerator container
Microwave on high power (uncovered) for 3 minutes
Add tomatoes, parsley, thyme, rosemary, and white wine
Stir and cook for an additional 5 minutes on high power
Add the cod and cook for 10 minutes on high power
Stir halfway through cooking time
Season with salt and black pepper
