Blend the peppers, anchovy, garlic, onion, tomato sauce, and add the olive oil gradually
Then, add the oregano, black pepper, and sardine
Blend again
Pour the mixture into a pan, add the olive oil, and simmer on low heat
When the olive oil starts to rise to the surface, it's ready
Serve with Italian bread or croutons.
