1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
sweet or hot paprika, or cayenne pepper

Chop the bacon, mix with butter or margarine and beat well with a wooden spoon or in a food processor
Finely chop the parsley and add to the mixture
Add the Worcestershire sauce and mix well
Place this dough on parchment paper and shape into a roll about 4 cm thick
Wrap it up and refrigerate until firm
Remove from refrigerator, unwrap and sprinkle with paprika or cayenne pepper until fully covered
Wrap again and store in the refrigerator until serving time
Then, unwrap, place on a platter and serve sliced with toasted bread or crackers
Serves 10 to 12 people.
