Cut the peanuts into 8 pieces, then quarter them
Mix the peanut flour, sugar, baking powder, egg, and milk
Heat a non-stick skillet with some oil
Fry the peanut strips on both sides until golden brown
Drain the fritters on paper towels
Dust with sugar and cinnamon
Make 32 lunchtime pea fritters.
