6 large slices of Italian bread
1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
1 can of peeled tomatoes
1 minced clove of garlic
1/4 cup of chopped black olives
6 fillets of anchovies in brine
Salt to taste
Fresh parsley leaves to taste

Place a drizzle of olive oil on each slice of bread and let it toast

Drain the tomatoes well and chop them finely
In a bowl, mix together the chopped tomatoes, garlic, and olives
Season with salt and the remaining olive oil

Distribute the seasoned tomato mixture over the toasted bread slices
Top each one with an anchovy fillet and some fresh parsley leaves
Serve immediately.
