1 Chop the onion, garlic, bell peppers, and tomato paste
Heat the olive oil over high heat until the onion is soft
Let it cool down
2 Blend the anchovies and sardines (with the oil from the can) in a blender until smooth
Add the cooked mixture and blend for another minute
Season with oregano and black pepper, then serve.
