3 small avocados, halved

Leave the fish in lime juice for at least 1 hour
Drain and add olive oil, onion, tomato, oregano, salt, and black pepper
Mix well
Remove the avocado pulp and cut into cubes (reserve the shell)
Mix with the fish and stir gently
Fill the avocado halves with this mixture and serve
Serve 6 portions.
