Preheat the oven to medium heat for 7 minutes
While that's happening, mix the confectioner's sugar and water in a separate bowl

Arrange the papaya slices over the mixture and drizzle them with it
Assemble everything in the oven for 5 more minutes

Make a farofa by crushing the cookies, confectioner's sugar, cinnamon, and frozen butter together
Place the farofa inside a cookie cutter and remove it
Repeat this process for all the plates
Then, place the papaya on top and the sorbet on the side.
