Directions

Shell and cook the shrimp

Reserve some for garnish and cut the rest into small pieces

Cut a lid from the pineapple, lengthwise

Remove all the pulp

Cut off the tough part of the pineapple and cut it into small pieces

Mix together the pineapple, mayonnaise, ketchup, English-style dressing, and the cooked shrimp

Place in the pineapple shell and garnish with whole shrimp.
