1 finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons (of soup) of melted butter
1 tablespoon (of soup) of wheat flour
1 cup of warm water, seasoned with salt to taste
1 tablespoon (of soup) of finely chopped green onion
1 kg of cabbage, peeled and cut into fine strips
1 yogurt spoon

Sauté the onion in butter, then mix in the flour
Mix well
Add warm water and mix well
Season with salt and add the green onion
Cook while stirring until slightly thickened
Add the cabbage and cook until tender, stirring occasionally
Add the yogurt and stir
Serve as a side dish for meats or poultry.
