In a medium baking dish, place the pumpkin and sprinkle with salt and black sesame seeds
Sprinkle some pepper sauce over the pumpkin
Pour in 1 cup of boiling water (240 ml) around the pumpkin and cover with aluminum foil
Bake for about 45 minutes or until the pumpkin is soft
