3 tablespoons of butter
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour
4 cups of zucchini, cut into cubes
Salt and pepper to taste
1 beef bouillon tablet dissolved in 1/4 cup of boiling water
1 can of cream of milk
1 tablespoon of grated cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons of butter

Fry the onion in butter, sprinkle with flour
Let it brown, add the zucchini and season with salt and pepper
Add the beef bouillon
Cover the pan and let it simmer over low heat for 20 minutes
Aquatic the cream of milk in a water bath, season to taste and stir in the grated cheese, mixing well
Place the zucchini in a baking dish and cover with the cream sauce
Serve hot
The zucchini can be replaced by any other vegetable
