4 zucchinis (600 g)

1 minced clove of garlic
1 small sprig of parsley

Wash the zucchinis, cut off both ends and slice into 1/2 cm thick rounds or long strips
Season and fry in half cup of hot olive oil or vegetable oil until they're golden brown on both sides
Place in a glass or ceramic dish
Mix the remaining ingredients, chopping well the parsley
Pour over the zucchini
Serves 4 to 6 people.
