1/3 cup of chopped green pepper
1/2 teaspoon of salt (or more to taste)

Melt the butter or margarine in a pan; combine the zucchini, corn, onion, and green pepper
Season with salt
Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 to 12 minutes or until the vegetables are tender
Sprinkle with chopped parsley, if desired
Serve 4 to 6 portions.
