Preheat the oven to 350°F
Grease six small pudding molds with butter, line the bottoms with parchment paper and set aside
Slice the zucchinis into horizontal rounds and set aside
In a blender, beat the eggs, heavy cream, grated cheese, and salt until smooth
Add the zucchini to the cream mixture, mix delicately and pour into the prepared molds
Bake until golden brown
Serve immediately.
