A simple and quick appetizer: 2 cans of zucchini, 1 flavorless gelatin envelope, frozen shrimp, and mayonnaise. Let the shrimp thaw. Meanwhile, dissolve the gelatin in the liquid from the zucchini can. Mix with the zucchini and 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise. Mix well, place in individual molds, and refrigerate. Cook the shrimp quickly in boiling water, drain, and let it cool. Season with salt, olive oil, and lemon juice. To serve, unmold and, around, place the shrimp. Serve 5 times. If you wish, use mayonnaise with lemon or herbs or, also, add green onion.
