Combine 1/2 cup of boiling water with the cassava and strain it through a sieve to remove some of the starch
Add the butter, egg yolks, coconut milk, salt, and a pinch to taste
Place in a greased cake pan and lightly sprinkle with cinnamon
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 60-70 minutes
Let it cool slightly before removing from the mold.
