Soak the black beans in cold water for six hours
Grate the onions and set aside
Rinse the black beans and scrub them to remove skins and eyes
Blend the mixture in a blender until it forms a paste
Remove and add grated onion, gradually
Beat with a wooden spoon until the dough is light and fluffy
Heat the olive oil and drop spoonfuls of the mixture into it
Fry until golden brown on both sides
Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels
