1 tablespoon lemon juice
4 artichokes
Stuffing
1 cup breadcrumbs from pork rind form
1/3 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon sauce
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 minced garlic clove
1/2 diced onion
To taste salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
4 artichokes

Mix the stuffing ingredients well to form a familiar farofa
Set aside
Clean the artichokes
In a large pot, place the whole and cleaned artichokes, enough water to cook them (approximately one-third of the pot) and lemon juice
Cook until the leaves are tender, then remove from heat
Remove the artichoke hearts from the pot
Heat the oven to medium temperature
Remove the artichoke hearts and place the reserved stuffing in the center of each
Place them in a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes
Serve warm as an appetizer.
