Remove the tough outer leaves from the artichokes
Prepare according to instructions
Carefully open the artichokes and remove the hairy choke
Mix together the garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper
Stuff the centers of the artichokes with this mixture
Place them in a pot next to each other
Drizzle with olive oil
Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes
Add the wine and broth
Cover and cook over medium heat for about 45 minutes or until tender
Serve 6 ways.
