In a bowl, combine all the filling ingredients and mix well to form a thick paste. Reserve
Clean the artichokes thoroughly
In a large saucepan, place the whole artichokes and enough water to cover them with some lemon juice
Cover and let cook until the leaves are tender
Remove from heat
Preheat the oven to medium temperature
Remove the choke from the artichokes and fill each one with the reserved filling
Place them in a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes
Serve hot.
