FOR THE DRESSING
1/2 cup of vinegar (120ml)

Combine all the salad ingredients in a large bowl. Reserve
MAKE THE DRESSING: mix all the dressing ingredients until well combined
Add to the salad and stir
Check the seasoning and add more salt if needed
