300 g of ground beef

600 g of cooked and mashed sweet potato or yam
1/2 cup of water
Salt to taste

Mix the first five ingredients together
Season and shape into small meatballs
In a frying pan with some olive oil, fry the beef balls until golden brown on all sides (control the heat so they're not too dark on the outside and still raw in the middle)
Set them aside
In a pot, add the mashed sweet potato and water
Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally
Add the meatballs and season
Serve well
