For the almond cakes
500g ground meat
1 egg
1/2 cup of fresh breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon salt
1 large crushed garlic clove
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
For the tomato sauce
5 chopped tomatoes
1 chopped onion
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon salt
For the almond cakes

Combine all almond cake ingredients and shape into balls
Place them in a refrigerator, cover, and bake for 6 to 8 minutes until cooked through. Reserve
Prepare the sauce: combine all ingredients in a refractory bowl and bake in high heat for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through
Serve the sauce with the almond cakes.
