4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup of white wine
Salt and black pepper to taste

Wash the parsley leaves, dry them well, and set aside
With a kitchen pin, submerge the leaves in hot water with salt for 30 seconds
Remove from the water and arrange the leaves flat on a clean towel
Prepare the meat: mix the bread, herbs, and garlic
Add the meat and season with salt and pepper
Mold the meatballs and wrap each one in a parsley leaf
Arrange the meatballs in a refrigerator and drizzle with olive oil and wine
Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a medium oven for 30 minutes
