3 tablespoons of sugar

Mix all ingredients and knead quickly to obtain a homogeneous mass
Roll out with a rolling pin, to a thickness of 0.5 cm, on a smooth surface dusted with flour
Cut with a cookie cutter and place in buttered baking dish
Bake in a moderate oven (180°C), preheated, for 10 minutes or until lightly golden
Let cool in the same baking dish, sprinkle with sugar, and store in a closed container
Yields approximately 650g
