2 tablespoons of milk
3 cups of orange juice
6 tablespoons of sugar
8 lightly beaten eggs

In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the milk, orange juice, and sugar
Microwave at high power for three minutes
Remove from microwave and add the eggs
Return to oven at medium heat for four minutes
Remove from oven again and, with a fork, break up the cooked eggs
Put in microwave and cook for another four minutes at high power, stirring with a fork halfway through
Serve chilled.
