16 dried black plums, pit-free
1/4 cup (scant) of crystallized orange peel, finely chopped
1 1/2 cups of freshly squeezed orange juice
2 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons of brandy
1/2 cup (scant) of heavy cream
1/2 cup (scant) of natural yogurt

In a large saucepan, mix well the plum, peel and orange juice, sugar and brandy
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until a thick syrup forms that covers the back of a spoon (about 15 minutes)
Distribute the plums with the syrup among four dessert plates
Mix the heavy cream and yogurt without beating, and spread over the plums
Serve immediately.
