Directions

Mix well the grated cheese with cornstarch and eggs

Form small balls using 1/2 teaspoon

In a medium pan, mix the ingredients for the sauce

Bring to high heat and let simmer for 1 minute (do not stir the sauce so it doesn't stick)

Add the cheese balls and let simmer for about 3 minutes
