2 packages of frozen broccoli, cooked, chopped, and well drained

1 1/4 cup milk
1 cup fine breadcrumbs from fresh parsley (pulse in a blender)
salt and black pepper to taste

In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients except the butter
Mix well
Pour into a ring-shaped mold well greased with butter or margarine
Bake in a water bath for about 40 minutes, or until firm
Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes before unmolding
If desired, serve with tomato sauce
