1 envelope of unflavored white gelatin
1 envelope of unflavored red gelatin
1/2 cup of cold water
3 cups of passionfruit juice
2 tablespoons of lime juice
3/4 cup of pineapple in syrup, cut into cubes
3/4 cup of mango in syrup, cut into cubes
1 envelope of unflavored white gelatin
1 envelope of unflavored red gelatin
1/2 cup of cold water
3 cups of passionfruit juice
2 tablespoons of lime juice
3/4 cup of pineapple in syrup, cut into cubes
3/4 cup of mango in syrup, cut into cubes
Soften the gelatins in water
Place over low heat, stirring constantly until dissolved
Remove from heat and mix in passionfruit juice and lime juice
Pour 1/4 cup of this mixture into a ring mold, moistened with water, that can hold 5 cups
Refrigerate until the gelatin is almost set
Arrange half of each fruit over the gelatin to form a decorative design
Refrigerate again until almost set
Mix the remaining 3/4 cup of gelatin with the remaining fruits and pour into the mold
Refrigerate until firm
Dismantle and decorate with fruit as desired
Serves 8.
