'1/2 cup of seedless grapes'

'1 cup of red wine'
'1 cup of pineapple juice'
'1 tablespoon of cornstarch'
'1 green bell pepper, cut into strips'

'1 cup of pineapple juice'
'1 tablespoon of cornstarch'
'1 green bell pepper, cut into strips'

Dredge the meat in oil
Add the chopped onion, garlic, grapes, salt, and pepper
Add the red wine and stir well
Strain the pineapple juice and reserve 1/2 cup of it
Set aside
Mix the cornstarch with the reserved pineapple juice; add it to the mixture above and cook until thickened
Add the bell pepper and pineapple and cook for 5 minutes
Serve over cooked rice
Serve in 3 or 4 portions.
