Dissolve the fruit gelatin in hot water, mix with vegetable green dye and pour into a mold shaped like a bunch of grapes, wetted
Refrigerate
Once well-set, remove from mold by running it under steam
Slice bananas into rounds and place one slice on top of each chocolate cake
Garnish with green leaves, orange slices, and cherries or any other red fruit
