Mix the sugar, egg yolks, orange zest, and juice
Add the yeast and whipped eggs
Mix well and place in a baking dish lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil, greased with butter and dusted with wheat flour
Bake in a preheated oven at medium temperature for about 15 minutes
Remove from the oven and roll into a cylinder using a knife
Dust with crystallized sugar and cinnamon
Serve warm or chilled.
