Cook the macaroni
Drain
Combine the macaroni with the spinach
Fry the onion in butter until lightly browned
Add the eggs, sour cream, and mix well
Combine the spinach and macaroni mixture
Pour into a ring-shaped mold (6 cups capacity)
Bake in a moderate oven (170°C) for about 35 minutes
Unmold
Can also be made in a bundt pan
Serve warm
